Can the pedal record automations inside itself? Or would I have to do this with a DAW using CC?
You would need to manually record CC automation with a separate controller/device/DAW.
@@ChaseBlissAudio thank you. That’s so amazing! So I just got into the ramping and using the hold. Wow. Once I use this with midi it’s really a game changer. You have to learn every single dip switch to fully understand it. I get it now. I love it.

how do you set the range of bounce?
Bouncing always occurs between the knob position and the max or minimum knob setting, depending on the Sweep dipswitch position. Ex; you are bouncing the Clock knob on MOOD mk1. Putting the knob at 8k, turning on Bounce and Clock, will then have an LFO bouncing between minimum (2k) and 8k settings. Then turning on the Sweep dipswitch will change the bounce to go between 8k and 64k.
What is expression over midi? What parameter does it change? If you connect an expression pedal to a midi controller (midibaby3 allows you to connect 2) that's connected to the mkii, will it read it? Thanks
Expression Over MIDI will allow you to use an expression pedal through the MIDI controller like if there was an expression pedal connected to the pedal for presets that had an expression pedal connected to the pedal when they were saved. If no expression pedal was connected when a preset on the pedal was saved, EOM will not have any effect on the pedal, and you'll need to assign the expression pedal to the specific CC number of the parameter you want to control.

Oh yeah, big time. Onward = Sampled freeze Lossy = Spectral freeze In other words: The freeze inside Onward is an actual recording of your sound. It takes a brief moment and captures it exactly as it was. The freeze inside Lossy is a recreation that analyzes your sound and builds a synthesized copy. Very different sound and feeling, Onward's freeze is closely attached to your playing, while Lossy's freeze wanders around and reinterprets it.

Calm down, it's just a pedal lol. Kind of an odd thing to read from someone who has a 15 minute video of Lossy playing (which i actually do like)... Also, yes you can buy cheaper, but cheaper isn't going to get you chase bliss sounds or chase bliss love and help from the team.
